AI Agents in Intuit Enterprise Suite can be a game-changer for your company. There are AI agents for Accounting, Payments, Customer Relations, Finance, and Project Management.
What Are AI Agents?
AI agents can assist you in a variety of tasks. For example, the Accounting Agent can quickly categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, extract transactions from PDFs, and more. AI Agents are not a replacement for people but allow staff to spend time focusing on reporting, budget analysis, and more high-level, value-adding tasks.
Intuit Enterprise Suite offers the following AI agents to enhance your workflow.

- Project Management
The Accounting AI Agent
The Accounting Agent can automatically categorize transactions, detect and help resolve inconsistencies in categorizing transactions, and reconcile accounts.
AI statement extraction is another feature available. Scan a bank or credit card statement (such as a PDF) and the AI agent will enter the lines. You may need to categorize some transactions or add vendor names to others. It can be a great time saver.
When you open the Accounting app, you can find the AI agent in both the Business Feed and in Bank transactions.
The Payments AI Agent
The Payments Agent can help you receive customer payments more quickly and improve cash flow. When creating an invoice, the AI Agent will look at the history of each customer and make recommendations on discount terms and the best payment method.
The payments agent can also suggest late fees. The AI Agent will identify past due accounts and draft reminders and past-due emails for your approval. Once you approve, they are automatically sent. This is a tremendous time-saver!
The Customer AI Agent
The Customer AI Agent is located on the Leads screen in the Customer Hub app. With your permission, the AI Agent will scan the last 30 days of your emails and look for leads that need follow-up. The AI Agent will add any emails needing follow-up to the Leads screen. This process can really help ensure all leads receive a prompt response.
The Finance AI Agent
Found in the Standard Reports section of the Reports Center, the Finance AI Agent can summarize monthly data and provide suggestions to help you achieve your business goals.
A monthly summary report is automatically generated by the AI Agent on the 5th of each month with prior month data. In the reports center, you will see a prompt that the AI-generated report summary is ready for review.
The AI Agent will provide insights for improvements and areas for review. Often suggestions will follow. Sections of AI Analysis include:
- Performance Highlights
- Income and Expense Summary
- Changes in Assets and Liabilities
- Cash Flow overview
The Project AI Agent
The AI Project Agent will extract data from project documents and create a new project. The AI Agent will even create the estimates! You can scan your own estimates (created in other software), spreadsheets, and PDFs.
